camcorder or a Canon camera?
I just bought a Canon VIXIA HF200 some time ago, but now I see that for about $ 100 more I could get a Canon Rebel that T2i Video 1080p and 30 frames per second. Is not my camcorder only 1080i??? And the photos on the camera are only 3.2 megapixels. The T2i do 18mp stills. Am I missing something, or do these digital SLR cameras useless? I am not an expert in camera / camcorder, but I wonder if I should sell my camcorder and get a Canon camera T2i. I am currently not even a good digital camera, but video recording is my main concern. What do you think? Keep in mind both the camera and the camera can record in 16 bit HD1080 full stereo
If you are recording video – get a camcorder. It is their raison d'etre. If you take The cheapest ever made my mankind. The video on a digital SLR might (just "might") be difficult to change depending on software editing and compression techniques and it's limited to the size of the card or the size of the maximum file size allowable – <4 GB * (approximately 10 minutes) that all the file system is FAT32 camera. The video on a camcorder (at least one good "one that will strip mini-DV or more) is limited by the band length only, audio is usually better than mono, the sound and video are not compressed, the sound sampling is better bytes, but the FAT32 protocol restricts that further limits. But nobody cares, are they?
