Canon A540 Camera Lens retraction not …?
I bought second hand Canon A540 Digital Camera on Ebay … They told me that the lens had been arrested, but does not affect the camera's ability to work. I called Canon and told me to send it to them without saying how much it can end up costing. There is a solution simple for this, or do I need to file a complaint with Ebay to get a broken camera?
First, e-mail the seller and explain the problem. Ask for a full refund, including shipping. The coolest you are the best. If that fails, file a dispute with ebay. In the future, could be better if you ask here before buying. You can also check in shutterbug.com and see if they reviewed the camera you're considering.
