Sd Camcorders Compared

Video quality on canon ixus 850 compared with an SD camcorder?

I have a Canon IXUS 850 digital camera and can take a video 30 frames per second at 640 resolution. The question – Is the equivalent video quality on the SD camcorder on the market like Panasonic SD-7 and the cannon? I found the video quality is pretty good and do not know if I want to buy additional camcorder. I heard Sanyo Xacti also good but not sure
