Panasonic PV GS 320 across Canada?

I was looking for a new camcorder and have their eyes on the Panasonic PV GS 400 (discontinued) and also the Panasonic PV GS 320. I cannot seem to find one of these camcorders across Canada. Someone knows where I can find one ?….. I'll even buy online if its a real company and not just a 'deal' site
