I guess I felt uncomfortable recover more than 300 or 400 dollars, without being able to walk outside the store buying holding hands and without a specific place or person to return if there was a problem. However, as I have previous transactions concluded without problem including the purchase of used books from third-party was ready to stick on my neck and buy a more expensive product.

Looking though the digital camera on Amazon and others have been impressed by how much you can save by buying a "refurbished" model, but before that I wanted to get a better idea of what is meant by "turned nine "and what are my options if I was not happy with the product on arrival.

Product Status
After much deliberation I finally bought a refurbished JVC Everio GZ-MG330 HDD Camcorder from Marcus Audio Video. The product arrived within a week and was in perfect condition even though it was not in its original packaging. It was extremely well packaged so there was no risk of damage during transportation and included the handle strap, USB cable, video editing software CD, operating manuals, etc. However, it had been delivered with the wrong power cable so I can not connect the camera to charge the battery which means that I could not use the product.

Problem Resolution
When I looked at the documentation provided with the product, I started to get nervous because there was no phone number so that I would not be able to talk to anyone. Also I could not find a phone number on the Amazon site. However, I returned to Amazon, reviewed my order and clicked on the "problem with this button. From there I followed the process to contact the seller by e-mail, explained the problem and request what my options were. They confirmed that I could return the product for a refund or try to source food from elsewhere. What they could do was send me the proper diet.

Since I do not want to return the product I decided to order food from a different source and when I sent Marcus Audio Video copy of the invoice for the replacement power supply, they promptly refunded corresponding amount.

Conclusion
So how I feel about buying refurbished products from third-party 3 Amazon? Although it was
very disappointing not being able to use the product when it first arrived I found it very reassuring that the problem solving process works and that the seller was quick to respond to my complaint and equitable reimbursement of my expenses. Ultimately, I received a product as new for a very good price if I would be willing to try but again another screw up enough to make for good.
