Spec images (DSLR)?

I'm using a Nikon D100 and noticed a specification on my images. At first I thought it was the lens that I clean it, is still there. I changed the lens and it's still there. I think I need to clean the mirror? This is my first SLR camera to explain detail. Oh, and the points are in the same place all the images. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use compressed air inside a chamber. Even a blower type powerful hand can cause damage, and land units in places even more undesirable. If the sensor is dirty, then take it to a real camera store and have them clean.
