Digital Cameras with Video Capability

Can you recommend a good digital camera with good video capabilities in the range of 200 -300 U.S. dollars?
I do not have a lot of money, and I want to have a good digital camera that also has good quality video (with audio), so I do not need a separate video camera, if I need to take video of something.
