Digital Cameras Using Lithium Batteries
How do you charge the batteries of lithium ion in the U.S. in Europe?
More specifically, in France. I'm getting a digital camera and uses Li-ion batteries and I think I may need a converter?
The answer will vary according to the device. Here is what I found with my equipment electronics. 1. Many are able to deal with various current levels and therefore all you need to do is convert the plug. Depending on the camera model there may be an adapter sold by the manufacturer. Or you can get a generic airport shops and similar trips. 2. Some devices are sensitive to tension or amplifiers that are coming out of an outlet. In this case, you need a transformer. These are bulky items in general, they are actually convert the current one standard to another. Having a processor does not mean you have a compatible plug to make sure to check that too. How do you know that you can call? Check the label on the device. It will show the range of voltage, amps and cycles that can insure the item when plugged in. Suppose that any camera decent is likely that sold around the world so they have designed or fails to reach a practical way of dealing with the various standards.
