Digital Cameras Under 100 Pounds

Any advice of a digital camera?

Hey, I'm looking for a new digital camera, preferably below 100 pounds or 200 dollars which takes good photos but also videos of good quality that is important to me. I would also like the camera has at least about 5x optical zoom, and she is able to zoom during video capture. Does anyone have any recommendations?
