Digital Cameras Settings

I need help with settings on my digital camera?

I have a Sanyo VPC-700 and I can not find the settings for photos in black and white or sepia. I found how to make the video settings in the manual, but are not the same thing when you're in camera mode. Not able to do it in camera mode? The manual does not say and I looked through the menu section several times. If anyone has the same camera, or some another idea let me know. Any help is appreciated.
