What digital SLR camera?

Nikon appropriate to the list would be the D80, not D300. Either that, or compare the Canon 40D, Nikon D300 and Sony A700. There is much more to a dSLR than just the sensor. The Nikon D300 has weather sealing (you can take it out in the rain), a body of metal instead of plastic, he shoots 6 frames per second instead of 3, lasts twice as long (more than 100.000 shots 50.000), it has auto-focus faster, have more buttons and switches to change the setting in real time (rather than having to dive into the menu all the time), and so on. It is a camera much better and well worth the extra price. That said, all the cameras I mentioned are very good and worth the asking price.
