I need a pocket camera cheap digital mode with burst mode or rapid fire? Or is there some with no shutter lag?

To be honest – no. All compact digital camera has some shutterlag, that painful time between pressing the button and capture the real picture. You will see that even in fingerprints compact cost hundreds of dollars. Digital cameras only shot with virtually instantaneous, would DSLR models. Hope this helps.
