for digital cameras, he says he has a zoom and 4x optical zoom and 8x zooml type. what is the difference ??????? And when something says "image stabilization, what does that mean? / Please help mee!
To make it simple, consider only the optical zoom. This is the zoom lens. Image Stabilization (or Vibration Reduction or Anti-Shake) is a way the camera moves the lens or sensor to keep it from bluring the image. It really helps.
