Digital Cameras Memory Cards
There is a place for my memory card digital camera to turn on my computer?
I have an Olympus D-390 digital camera and wanted to know if there is any way to plug the memory card in my computer to get my photos from camera to computer? I need special software, or can only get the photos I want and save them on my computer? Thanks in advance.
no way I could tell if your computer has a card reader or no, you just have to look. If there is a lot of card slots somewhere in front of your computer, then you probably do not have one. you can buy a card reader of the store that are connected to the USB ports, which would be an option, but I got a better one. Just use a USB cable. I have an Olympus Stylus 300 and every other camera i have owned all operated the same way. somewhere in your camera is a slot for a mini USB cable. the mine is inside the door card memory on the right. just plug a cable in there, then to the computer. windows should recognize it almost immediately and ask if you want to import your photos, or you can manually go to the files like any other removable storage device. no additional software needed.
