Digital Cameras Medium Format

What kind of new camera (DSLR) would be my average ComPAIRables old format?
I was a wedding photographer, many years ago and I gave everything that when I married. In all that time went digital … so I'm looking for something that would be similar to my medium format Pentax 645 () camera. I like the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III, but I'm not sure what else is out there. I'm just beginning my research, so any thoughts or help on the subject would be great!
Leica, Kodak and other cameras are medium format digital Hasselbad. If you want to stick with the medium format, which can be the best option for you. You can stick with the medium format and not have to deal with the film more. Take a look at Leica S1 and Kodak 913.
