Digital Cameras Lithium Ion Battery

Eneloop rechargeable batteries or lithium ion l for the camera?
I want to buy a digital camera for everyday use. Nothing fancy. I was wondering what was better, one that came with a lithium-ion battery, or one that came with eneloop rechargeable batteries? I like the idea of being able to put on regular batteries if I need a lot, but it's so good? Which would you choose? I am looking at 2 sanyo different. Thanks!
Generally batteries lithium ion slightly last longer than AA batteries, however, if you ever get stuck in a situation where the camera is low on power, you will be happy to have the option to buy regular AA to keep your camera working. If it was up to me I would choose the camera with rechargeable batteries on the camera with lithium ion battery, if all else between the two chambers is equal. Hope that helps:) Best Regards, Dusty
