Digital Camera not installing!?

I'm trying Photosmart A430 series digital camera to carry images to my computer. 'm Going to update the story and I'm trying to download. The disc will not install and it keeps saying error code 800F020B. Does anyone know what to do? Now is not meeting the requirements of the system. How do I meet the minimum requirements?

I agree with fhotoace, get a card reader. more easier than using a USB card and your camera to transfer images.
