Digital Cameras High Speed
What is a good write speed for a 1GB SD card that's being used in a digital camera 4mb?
Im looking for a card SD 1GB. Shopping around I see a lot in the 30-99 range. The cheapest are the slowest recording speeds and the higher the speed the more cost. I will be using with 4MB digital camera. I'm just worried about the speed of storage is not writing. So if I choose a recording speed 10x … Versus a 50x speed Recording … that means it will take a few seconds more for the 10x to 50x write that? Because if I can pay a bit less for a while waiting for the camera hte to "write" a portrait ill go for it. Thanks for the help in advance.
For many, even some of the higher end digital cameras, card write speed does not mater. If your camera does not recognize the writing speed, then you're just wasting your money buying memory with higher recording speeds. Its just like using a CD 16 speed on a single speed CD burner. He is still only one recorder speed only. If you or only concerned with the storage, it does not matter anyway. But a good brand is good advice any way you go.
