digital cameras flip screen
I'm having problems with my flip video with respect to the computer to recognize it. He does not appear.

Here is the whole story: This is my second ultra flip camera. The first computer recognized, but when the films were blown out with half of the screen to be green. Here is a URL to the problem with half the screen on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4RUtuv_Rsl0 Pure Digital, the company of Flip sent me a replacement. The computer does not recognize the camera. Sent the camera back to Pure Digital a second time. Supposedly they sent back to me with all the upgrades and said it was fixed. He came back and the computer still does not recognize camera. I called the support of PD. They told me about an update from Microsoft. Here is the url: http://www.support.microsoft.com/kb/940199 I installed, and nothing has changed. Have you all had this experience or have any suggestions?
