how do u make a digital camera has flash during video recording at night?

I want to have a video at night in the dark but I do not know how to do this or have flash light, and the video is my Polaroid camera and its digital

It is not practical to do so. Flash is only for still images, ie 1 press shutter 1 flash, 1 photo, this is called the 1 frame. This has to sync with your camera or you do not have a picture. Some cameras can give you some flashes continued, but it is never used for the video. video needs continuous source of light because of video shoots anywhere from 30 frames down to a few frames per second, also depends if your camera is able to adjust frames per second for video. For example, systems of aerial surveillance camera 1-30 frames per second, they are usually set 2 or 5 frames to save storage space. flash also needs to recharge between use, it usually takes a few seconds for the flash to charge up and give this tremendous burst of light to the figure 1. Top models can recycle the flash faster, but also flushes your batteries really fast.
