how do u make a digital camera has flash during video recording at night?

I want to have a video at night in the dark but I do not know how to do this or have flash light, and the video is my Polaroid camera and its digital

It is not practical to do so. Flash is only for still images, ie 1 press shutter 1 flash, 1 photo, this is called the 1 frame. This has to sync with your camera or you do not have a picture.
