Recently I was using my telescope when I found Saturn, I really left because I had never seen a planet (only for photos or TV) so naturally I wanted to capture this moment, but someone tell me what I can only use a CCD camera is that the truth or I can use my digital camera or mobile phone that comes in

I'm do not know what the friend is talking about, because most of digitial cameras use CCD sensors. Some use a sensor CMOS, but the type of technology used is not really important to what you're talking about doing. I'm assuming you want to take a picture of the plane I thought telescope. Assuming you do not want to use a fixed base, you really will need to use something like a camera mounted on a tripod or some kind of assembly that will allow you to match the focus of the camera with the telescope focal point. You can take the snap with your camera phone, but do not expect a big picture.
