Digital Camcorders Waterproof

Looking for a digital camera / camcorder?
I'm going on vacation for six weeks and I want to take a camera, rustic quality with me. Waterproof would be great (I go snorkeling in New Zealand and Borneo). I have no idea about the cameras though. I'd be like a digital point-and-shoot between £ 100 – £ 200 or camcorder between £ 200 – £ 300. Can anyone recommend something, or at least me the right direction? Thank you.
