What is a good digital camera to make light graffiti?
I'm looking for a cheap but good camera under $ 120 that will do the job for graffiti light. Definitions have to be set to ISO-200 ISO-400 and want a shutter speed over 15 to 30 seconds. If anyone has more information and tips about graffiti light please throw it in .. Thank you.
