What is a good digital camera and inexpensive to buy?

What do you suggest? Looking in the range of more than – possibly 200 ebay (gives good business lol) I saw this underwater digital camera, which looked nice, but do not know how the picture quality is regular. Also found this: Fuji FinePix Z20fd that looks cheap and high MP .. I do not know how it is.

I would suggest one of the following types of cameras: Canon Nikon Kodak Fujifilm FinePix All these cameras basically have the same specifications and are around the same price. They also come in different sizes and colors. Thus, most just find one that you think is good and in your price range. These cameras range from $ 100 – $ 300.
