Canon FL refers to a standard lens mount for cameras 35 mm single-lens reflex cameras. It was introduced in April 1964 with the Canon FX camera, replacing the previous Canon R mount. Was in turn replaced in 1971 by Canon FD lens mount. FL lenses can also be used in FD-mount cameras.

Notes
The FL 19 millimeters F3.5 (not the 19 millimeters R F3.5) was a wide-angle (short focus) lens. His projected far back in the mirror in an SLR, and therefore could only be used in a chamber with mirror lock-up (FP, FX, FT, F-1 (old), FTB, EF). It could be used in any model Pellix.
AP FL 38 millimeters f2.8 also designed in the mirror. It was especially designed for Pellix and could not be used in any other camera because the moving mirror would hit the back of the lens. This lens could probably be used in High Speed Motor Drive Canon special versions of both F-1 camera models (both fixed film mirrors).
FL M 100 millimeters F4 was a special purpose lens bellows. It could only be used when mounted on a bellows, as the Bellows FL, because it lacked a focus ring.
