Lenses for Canon EOS Rebel XT?
I am considering buying a Canon Digital Rebel XT. What I'm looking at comes with an EF-S 18-55mm. I took a photography class in college about 5 years ago, but I really am drawing a blank as well, about everything. Also, all my work there was in the cinema that does not seems a bit similar. From some things I've read, there is a difference between regular measurements mm digital and 35mm film measurements print. Can someone please explain to me that the digital lenses would be good for the type of use? And this may be a stupid question, but my Canon EOS Rebel 35mm lenses exchange with this digital Rebel? Gee it would be spectacular if he would, but I'm guessing not. Thanks for all the help I'm trying to blow the dust off my brain.
The EOS Rebel XT will take all Canon EF and EF-S lenses that you already have. The difference between the Rebel XT and a 35mm film SLR is the effect of cutting from the sensor Rebel XT is smaller than a 35mm film. Therefore, there is a field of view 1.6x crop. For example, your 35mm lens is going to be 56 millimeters on the Rebel XT. The kit lens that comes with the Rebel XT is not very good, but its a good value considering that the whole less than $ 100. If you do not want the lens kit, you may want to obtain a 17-85mm IS USM as surrounding the lens. If money is a concern, Canon offers a wide variety of lens L. Go to your site to check it out.
