secure camera to travel?
Im traveling abroad in a few weeks with my Canon 5D + lenses and would like to hold the camera for the duration of my trip. I've seen in a few companies (such photoguard) that seem very respectable, but id really like to know what people have experienced, and that if someone you recommend. I'm located in the UK btw. Therefore, it would be worthwhile to answer this question, if you live somewhere else. Thanks in advance:)
Hi! Check with your insurance company that you may have tenants, car or home insurance with. I am with State Farm and hold all my gear, throughout the years of damage and theft, for something like $ 40 for years. It is well worth it, not only for holidays, but for the life of the camera!
