advise on the camera lens?

I own a Canon EOS 450D and am looking to get a lens or two, I just got the 18-55mm that came with the camera and a 60 mm macro lens as I only had the camera for a number of months. Any lens advice is greatly appreciated. Woops, it appears as if I accidentally deleted the wildlife where I wrote was to be my main theme. * Slaps forehead * I'm looking to spend up to £ 500 but today I have £ 1000 to play with the bits and bobs.

Hello Catherine. Buying a lens – or any photographic equipment – is really a matter of preference staff. You and only you, know what you like to shoot. If your landscape, then obviously you need a wide angle, as the EF-S 10-22mm. If you want to photograph wildlife, then you'd probably choose the EF 70-300mm IS USM. So take the recommendations of the people, but decide for yourself what lens buy.
