The 18-105mm lens offers a much more versatile, the package is a little cheaper too – no contest. SD cards are very cheap (around £ 5 for 2 GB, depending on the brand) and you can get a decent bag for about £ 20 for extras to cast the first option is not worth much. Hope this helps.
