What is the best site for photo storage for professional photographers?

Some years ago, my friend was a photographer weddign excellent film. She had a complete set of Minolta cameras, lenses, flashes, and accessories. I have recently purchased by your body a Sony Alpha digital and all its accessories work well and she is ready for the first show RHER digital. I know there must be many options for online storage for editing and sharing images and present it its customers by offering competitive prices on prints and photo albums and such … was wondering if any professional digital photographers can shed some light on what could be the best site (s) to consider. Pros generally do not store their images on the Internet. They have three CD's of every shot. One goes to the client, one remains in office in a safe, fireproof and the other goes home … in a fireproof safe; We have some of our pictures posted on the Internet, but they are very low resolution and can not be used in any commercial manner. Loading a few thousand 4MB and large files to a storage area on the Internet would take far too time. If you tried to store RAW images, the time to upload become ridiculous. Using a business website for your customer to visit for a list of images your event and order of images is done all the time. But never the originals are housed there.
