Good digital camera or camcorder for $ 150?

Is it possible that bc I want to take good quality photos and maybe videos, less than 150 $…….. If u can not respond to a URL of a Web page containing a camera or camcorder to present its model and price?

Well, I have a really good. that records and taking photos is a Kodak Easyshare … They are right around that price and you can get almost anywhere … Sumthing like Walmart or … I have one and it Amazzinggg.
