What is the best helmet camera for skiing?
I want a camcorder that is small and could be mounted "easily" a helmet and take SD memory cards with or without a microphone but good quality and I am able to play on television. It should be Rain and snow proof and able to withstand freezing temperatures. I have a budget of around £ 100!
I can say that I have a digital camera that cost about 100 pounds, there are about 4 years, that moving images. In fact, I used to skiing a lot, and it produced reasonable quality MPEG files. I am not sure how waterproof and snow proof it claims to be but I had no problem with water or snow, despite the damage the use of very cold temperatures and snow and rain. I've had several MP3 players interruption due to water damage, and 2 phones. They were subjected to similar treatment. (exposure Perhaps more to the water) The reason I bought this particular camera, because it was the picture taking to distance capabilities. (ie he had a good time means that you can put it on a tripod, and you have 10 seconds to take the photo) There are no exams to become very good starting point? due to improper installation of digital zoom. However, I seldom this facility you can easily extend / crop an image on your PC. I agree with Which? the digital zoom is not good for anything above 2x and in the darkness. HP Photosmart 435. It is a little bulky, but very solidly built.
