What would you recommend for a MiniDV camcorder compatible with Mac?
Looking to buy a digital camcorder – Mini DV, preferably one that is less than $ 400. What are some good cameras for this price range and will be compatible with my Mac (iBook G4, iMovie '05)? It must take great videos of course (I do not care too much for still images) and a long battery life lasting. Thank you
I starred your question because I was about to buy one. I chose the JCV GR-D770. It works great … I got in line at Best Buy … I paid 259 on sale and got a free tripod. It works perfectly with my Mac G5. It has a battery life 1 hour (about standard for Mini DV cams) I love it.
