Camcorders Full Hd

I want to buy Full HD camcorder to HDD or memory card format. What is the best buy at present?

It is an open question as there budget on both formats, then I would choose "Memory card" I think it gives a better result. but again it goes back to all budgets! 200, 500, 1000, 1000 +, the higher the price normally more useful features of the device will as the possibility to use an external microphone, manual control (focus, audio, display, etc.) If its for home videos normal style and the more you give reasonable results may not be the low end. if its faster action detailed work then neither will give you excellent results.
