Camcorders Cnet

How many MiniDV camcorders work?
they do not run to tape, DVD or internal memory. Does the hook easily able to the computer and that I would be able to edit on the computer. I was watching this camera http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-camcorders/jvc-gr-d750-mini/4505-6500_7 -32330442.html
MiniDV-based Great work … that's why most professionals use – While the camcorder that you are not bound a cam-quality, it uses the same MiniDV tape that stores digital images less compressed (DV format) to the band as compared all consumers highly compressed MPEG-2 internal hard drive and flash memory camcorders. DVD based camcorder to store VOB or VRO files and are the most compressed (hence worse quality for editing). More compression = discarded data = reduced video quality. MiniDV cassette ALL camcorders connect their DV port FireWire400 port to a computer with a FireWire cable to transfer videos in DV format. USB will not work. FireWire cards for yur computer (if it does not have a FireWire port) are generally cheap – and easy to install if you have an available PCI slot. Macintosh FireWire ports were 400 for 7 + years (the only exception is the new Mac Air). 1) Shoot video. 2) Connect camcorder to a computer equipped with FireWire. Camcorder in "Play" mode. 3) Launch video editor and "Capture" (Microsoft MovieMaker for Windows) or "Import" (iMovieHD for Apple Macintosh). 4 Edit. 5) Save As … different formats for loading or burn it to DVD for playback. (Assumes your computer has a DVD burner.) So yeah … Very simple.
