Buying Camera Lenses in China

I recently bought blackberry curve off of ebay, but I feel that I did not get a blackberry real?

a copy of the real thing, like a phone of toys made in China that looks the same, but the quality is somewhat lower. The reason is the camera has a lens protector, and the menu looks different somehow. Can I have a copy or a toy phone? how can I check for this and should I return it? Because if he does not say in black screen of your fake? I should return it?

If he says that the BlackBerry software (on screen), then it is almost certainly a real blackberry. Probably only one or more slightly different model from what you've seen.
